IF your unit is registered as a 501(c)3, nonprofit with the IRS, the MS PTA and the MS Secretary of State, then you must send the Secretary of State's office a copy of the updated bylaws with the MS PTA's approval stamp.
MS PTA Local Units Bylaws has been revised based on revision of National PTA.  So, MS PTA is requiring all Local Units Bylaws be resubmit ASAP.  Please submit your unit bylaws to the following email address: [email protected].
 This will changes all Local Units Bylaws expiration date based on when your bylaws are received in the MS PTA office.
