MemberHub

We’ve teamed up with MemberHub to provide their valuable online tool to all PTAs in Mississippii…free of charge! MemberHub makes it easier to run your PTA -- engage families, raise funds, stay in good standing, and more. You’ll save hours on admin tasks, so you can focus on connecting with your children and engaging your school community.
MemberHub is valued at $1,200 per year, but they are providing it to Mississippi PTAs for free because MemberHub and Mississippi  PTA want to further the PTA mission through easy-to-use technology.
As of the 2020-2021 school year, MemberHub will be used to manage members, make state dues payments, report officers, and record good standing requirements, but we also hope you take advantage of the many additional great features available through your free MemberHub site!

Here are some of MemberHub’s most popular features:

  • Your Own Public Website and E-Store: Keep your school community in the know with your free public website and sell PTA memberships (including custom/bundled memberships), spirit wear, event tickets, collect donations, and more -- all online in your own MemberHub store.
  • Communication Tools: Keep families in the loop with email and text capabilities, calendars, signups, file sharing, directories, and more -- to everyone on your site or to smaller groups of people you can organize in hubs as you see fit -- on your own private MemberHub site.
  • Fundraising: In addition to selling items and collecting donations in your store, MemberHub provides a simple way to raise funds through SponsorShare. Sponsors get advertising in emails you send through MemberHub and you get a no-fuss way to add funds to your budget! Click here to learn more about SponsorShare. Also click here to learn more about the Fundraising Campaigns feature and Givebacks for the win-win-win… both new for 2020!
  • Easily Stay in Good Standing: Your free site provides automatic member management, member reporting, dues remittance to the state, and visibility of state PTA compliance tasks.

PLEASE NOTE: We need your help! Through the end of the 2020-2021 school year, we need the following done through MemberHub by all PTAs:

  • Current officers, log into your MemberHub site to set your subdomain, which becomes your url for your site and store… e.g. “westmore” becomes westmore.memberhub.com for your private site and westmore.memberhub.store for your public store.
  • Verify and/or add officers for the current and next school year (if known) -- REMINDER: President, VicePresident, Secretary, and Treasurer must be listed on your MemberHub site’s Officers page for your unit to remain in good standing (the rest of the titles are optional).
  • Add additional PTA leaders and your generic PTA email addresses (if desired) as “People” on your site and assign admin rights as you see fit.
  • Families and staff may be added to your site at any time (as People, as opposed to paid PTA Members), so you can start taking advantage of the communications features right away.
  • Paid members for next year may be manually entered at any time and those state dues will not be payable to us until after June 30th.
